We offer professional author services that may include book writing and ghostwriting, editing and proofreading, book cover design, formatting, publishing assistance, and book marketing and publicity. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project are defined in the proposal or order confirmation we agree on with you before work begins.
We want you to be satisfied with your project. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the work:

To help us deliver your project on time, you agree to provide accurate information, share the briefs, source material, and feedback we need, and respond within reasonable timeframes. You confirm that any content you give us is yours to use and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
Upon full and final payment for a project, the rights to the final, delivered work product transfer to you, and you are free to publish it under your own name. Until payment is complete, all work remains our property. We may, unless you ask us not to, reference completed work in an anonymized form within our portfolio.

The number of revision rounds included is specified in your proposal. Reasonable revisions within the original scope are part of the service. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.
We are committed to high-quality work and professional effort. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as bestseller status, a set number of sales, media coverage, reviews, or rankings on any retailer or platform. Such results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and reader response.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Publishing Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Either party may end a project with written notice. If you terminate, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point, in line with our Refund Policy above. We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached or if conduct is abusive or unlawful.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California.
